St. Honore Bakery is no stranger to local farmer’s markets. This year is their fifth year of selling homemade sourdough breads and sweets they have been at many different markets over the years, 10 or so all together.
What is so great about their products is that they aim to use all organic ingredients as much they are able to. They make a variety of baked goods, what you find at their booth will depend on the season. Some examples of the sourdoughs include white, whole wheat, rosemary olive oil, raisin, walnut, olive, pecan, sunflower and a rye seed bread.
Also, their yeast breads might include polenta-millet, Swedish rye, North African coriander, Italian cornbread, Greek chickpea spice bread, potato yeast rolls, Moroccan anise bread, Irish soda bread, country baguettes and Italian chocolate bread.
You can also find sweets such as Japanese an pan, green tea and black sesame cookies, jam buns, German nut cookies, Lebanese tahini swirls, bread pudding, spiced pecans, banana muffins, chocolate rusks, etc.
