CYCFM: When and why did you baking?
SG: My brother has carried on the family farm tradition and has always grown zucchini along with many other vegetables. For years, our brother grew overwhelming amounts of zucchini. We used the baking skills from our Mother (Lilly) and created our own recipe for zucchini bread.
