The stifling humidity has finally subsided, and the fam and I are looking forward to finally being able to cook outside again. This weekend, we will be enjoying a no fuss meal including husband's brilliant grilled Mexican corn, grilled Renaissance Farms Italian sausage and Yang Farms spinach salad with Jones Orchard blueberries.
The beauty of this meal is that it is quick, fool proof, and recipe free! The only new tasty trick I have just learned is to smother sweet grilled corn in mayonnaise, parmesan and a Mexican spice blend to make it fiesta-worthy! As for the rest of the meal, grill sausages till brown, dress salad with light vinaigrette, and voila!
